Payment by letter of credit at sight, or 30% advance with the balance against documents. Port storage after free time is the buyer’s cost.
What buyers ask
How do I get samples?
Send the lot numbers and your DHL address. Up to three lots go free at 300g each; beyond that you cover the courier. Most arrive within ten days.
What is the minimum order?
Ten bags on a micro lot, forty on a standard lot. Containers can be shared with another buyer and we will make the introduction.
How is payment handled?
Letter of credit at sight, or 30% advance with the balance against documents. For a first purchase we prefer the letter of credit.
How long does shipping take?
Up to forty days from contract to stuffing, then twenty-five to thirty days to Europe and thirty-five to forty-five to North America.
Which certifications do you hold?
We carry organic (EU and NOP), Fairtrade, and Rainforest Alliance lots. The certification a lot holds is written on its row.
What if the quality does not match?
We send the retained sample to an independent lab. If the gap is more than two points we replace the container or refund it.
