How far ahead should I order a cake?
Two days for a standard cake, five for a wedding tier, with a 50% deposit by telebirr or CBE Birr. In Genna and Fasika week, book at least a week ahead.
Do you deliver?
Yes — Piazza, Arat Kilo, Sidist Kilo, and Kazanchis for 80 ETB, free over 800 ETB. Send morning-delivery orders before 20:00 the night before.
Do you have fasting (ጾም) options?
Yes — our fasting cake uses no egg, milk, or butter, and the lentil sambusa, dabo kolo, and whole-wheat loaf are all fasting-friendly. During Abiy Tsom they are baked on separate trays in their own oven slot.
Where do your ingredients come from?
Wheat from Gojjam, butter from Holeta, coffee from Sidama. Tell us at ordering if there is a nut or dairy allergy and we prepare the cake with separate equipment.
