It is my first time — what should I expect?
You fill in a short form, change, and are given a robe. The therapist shows you how the draping works — every part of you that is not being worked on stays covered.
What if the pressure is too much?
Say so at any point. Our therapists check at least twice during the treatment, and you never need permission to ask for less.
Can I have a massage while pregnant?
After the fourth month, yes — we have a side-lying treatment for it. Hot stone and the steam room are not advised.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel more than four hours ahead and there is no charge. A no-show or a late cancellation holds half the treatment price.
How do I buy a gift voucher?
Send the amount on Telegram and pay — the voucher comes back in the recipient’s name, on Telegram or as a printed card. It is valid for a year.
