Can I send my prescription on Telegram?
Yes. Send a clear photo of the slip; we confirm stock, price, and timing. Bring the original paper when you collect, as we keep it on file.
Do you deliver?
Same-day delivery to Piazza, Arat Kilo, and Kechene for 80 ETB; free on orders above 1,000 ETB.
Do you accept insurance?
We bill Nyala, Nile, and Awash directly — bring your card and the prescription. For other schemes we issue a receipt you can claim with.
What if the exact brand is out of stock?
We can offer a generic with the same active ingredient, but we confirm with the prescribing doctor before substituting.
