Loading at the Kara yard runs 07:00–15:00. Upcountry trucks pull out at 16:00 daily, so cargo must be in before then.

Is my cargo insured?
Every load carries free cover up to 100,000 ETB. Above that we arrange top-up cover at 0.5% of declared value, against an invoice or proforma.
How do I track my shipment?
Every truck is GPS-fitted. You get a tracking number on Telegram when the order is confirmed, plus a nightly position and revised ETA.
What are your load limits?
Isuzu up to 8 tonnes, Sino truck up to 25, trailer up to 40. Anything over 12 metres or out of gauge needs a special permit, so give us three days notice.
When do you run upcountry?
Daily to Adama, Hawassa, and Djibouti. Bahir Dar on Mon, Wed, Fri; Dire Dawa on Tue and Fri; Mekelle on Mon and Thu. Cargo must reach the Kara yard before 14:00.
