How do I book a slot?

Send your address, what needs cleaning, and a preferred slot on Telegram. Requests in before 20:00 make the next morning loop.

When is my laundry counted?

The rider counts the bag at your door and leaves a receipt; it is weighed again at the plant and the final price comes on Telegram.

What if I miss the rider?

The rider calls twenty minutes ahead. If we miss you we move the stop to the evening loop at no extra charge.
