Do you service BYD?

Yes — it is the most common EV in Addis. We stock parts for the Dolphin, Seal, and Atto 3.

Can you replace a dead pack?

We do not import whole packs, but we can isolate and replace a failed module — which is usually the real fault.

Can I charge while I wait?

Yes. There is a 22kW charger on site and it is free while your car is in for service.
