The four steps

    Viewing

    Book a day ahead and our agent meets you with the keys. Viewings are free.

  • Step 2

    Agreement and contract

    Rent, payment schedule, and repair duties are put in writing; bring ID and proof of work.

  • Step 3

    Deposit and first payment

    One month deposit plus the first quarter by bank transfer, receipted the same day.

  • Step 4

    Check-in and keys

    Meter readings and photos of the condition are signed off — your reference when you move out.

Who fixes a leak or a power fault?

Structural and installation repairs are the landlord’s — report it on Telegram and we send a technician within 48 hours. Damage caused by the tenant is charged to the tenant.

Can the rent go up mid-contract?

No — the rent is fixed for the term. Any change at renewal is put in writing two months before the contract ends.

I am a landlord — can you manage my property?

Yes — we find the tenant, collect the rent each quarter into your account, and coordinate repairs. Our management fee is 7% of the monthly rent.
