How should I prepare the artwork?
A CMYK PDF at 300dpi with 3mm bleed on every side and text kept 5mm inside the trim. Outline the fonts. If that is a hassle, send it as it is and we fix it free.
Do I see it before it prints?
Yes. Every job gets a digital proof on Telegram, and runs above 2,000 get a free printed proof. Nothing goes on press without your approval.
Will the colour match my screen?
Screens are RGB and printing is CMYK, so bright blues and greens sit back a little. If the colour must be exact, give us a Pantone number and we match it on the offset press.
I need it today — is that possible?
For digital work ordered before 15:00, yes, with a 25% rush fee. Offset jobs and anything needing finishing still take two days.
Do you deliver?
Free inside Addis on orders over 3,000 birr. To regional cities we ship by bus cargo at your cost.
Is VAT included?
No. Every published price is before VAT. If you need a VAT receipt, 15% is added.
