I take the same medicine every month — can you repeat it?

We keep your prescription on file — just message “refill” and we prepare it. When the slip expires you will need a fresh one from your doctor.

Can I buy anything without a prescription?

No. Antibiotics and controlled medicines require a valid prescription — that is the Food and Drug Authority rule, not ours.

Can I get advice on how to take it?

Yes. The pharmacist explains dosage, timing, and whether to take it with food, in Amharic or English — and you can follow up on Telegram.
