Plan prices exclude VAT. Unused kilos do not roll over to the next month.

How long does laundry take?
Regular wash comes back in 48 hours and dry cleaning in 72. Blankets and carpets need one extra day to dry.
What if a stain stays or an item is damaged?
Every item is tagged and logged at intake. If a stain survives we re-treat it free; if we damage a garment we refund up to five times its cleaning charge.
Which areas do you collect from?
Megagna, CMC, Gurd Shola, Haya Hulet, Kazanchis, and Bole Michael. Collection is free on orders above 400 ETB.
How do I pay?
Telebirr, CBE Birr, or cash on delivery. Monthly plan customers get a single invoice at month end.
